Hukd360 provides professional video editing and related creative services. Specific project details, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
1. Project Scope: We follow the scope of work agreed upon in writing (email or contract). Any additional changes may incur extra fees.
2. Delivery Timelines: While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, delays may occur due to revisions or client feedback.

3. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: You retain the rights to the raw video content you provide.
License to Edit: By providing your content, you grant us a limited license to edit, modify, and create derivative works as per project requirements.
Hukd360 Content: We own or license all trademarks, logos, and content (excluding your raw footage) on our website. You may not use them without our written permission.
Portfolio Use: Unless otherwise agreed, you authorize us to showcase completed video projects in our portfolio or marketing materials.

4. Payment and Fees

Pricing: All prices are quoted in [Currency] and are subject to change at our discretion.
Invoices and Payment: Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in our invoice or contract. Late payments may incur additional fees or service delays.
Refunds: Refund policies will be stated in individual contracts. Generally, no refunds are provided once the editing process has begun, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project (including raw footage and personal data). We will not share your content with third parties unless necessary for service fulfillment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hukd360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hukd360 harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:
1. Content Provided: Any intellectual property infringement or illegal content in the footage you provide.
2. Breaches: Any violation of these Terms & Conditions by you or your affiliates.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms & Conditions or fail to make timely payments. You may also terminate services by providing written notice, subject to any applicable fees or charges for work already completed.

9. Governing Law
